Hi there, my name is Jewel and like many, my happy place is a flashback to my childhood.

My journey unknowingly began in my great-grandmother’s garden—a quiet, sacred space where I spent summers planting marigolds with dirt under my nails and peace in my heart.

I didn’t know it then, but that garden was where I first learned to ground myself. It was my safe space, where nature held me and my spirit felt tapped in.

For many, as life moves forward, we slowly lose touch with the version of ourselves rooted in wonder, presence, and peace.

Caught in the hustle and pressure to keep up, we drift from our inner child and true essence—often chasing lives that feel misaligned with who we really are.

Fresh out of high school, I took a trip to visit a friend in Seattle—and everything shifted.

Amidst the misty forests, mushrooms opened my heart and cleared the fog in my mind. They reawakened my connection to the Earth and reminded me of who I truly am.

Since then, I’ve walked a path of remembering—rebuilding my life with ritual, herbal wisdom, and the rhythm of nature.

Today, I walk as a guide, holding space and providing tools  for others to return to their roots, reclaim their power, and reconnect with the healing that’s been within them all along.
