Carob Powder : Ceratonia Siliqua

Raw carob is an excellent caffeine-free substitute for chocolate because it is sweet and slightly bitter. Raw Ceratonia siliqua pods are used to make our organic carob powder. Smoothies, syrups, baked goods, and beverages can all contain raw carob powder. The powder can also be macerated to create extracts and liqueurs.
