Fennel : Foeniculum Vulgare

*Uses:

Fennel seed supports healthy digestion and was traditionally used to relieve occasional gas and bloating.  Helpful for flatulent colic in infants when given directly or passed through in breastmilk and is used to help increase the flow of milk in nursing mothers.  Used to help support people with flatulent dyspepsia, irritable bowel syndrome, and colitis, by easing the gripping of the abdomen. Also used for mouthwash of infusion can be used for gum disorders, laryngitis or sore throats.

Combinations: 

Infantile colic: fennel, lemon balm, and chamomile
