Helpful as a uterine tonic by strengthening the uterine and pelvic muscles. Traditionally beneficial for labor prep.  Also supportive for postpartum concerns such as prolapse, bleeding, and postpartum hemorrhage. Also called squaw vine, the herb can be decocted as tea, extracted, or prepared as a topical application.
