*Uses:

Fragrant and warming tea. Helpful for fevers, coughs, and colds, Also beneficial as a diuretic to increase urination. Pine needles also contain high levels of Vitamin A and C.

Avoid Norfolk Island Pine (Araucaria heterophylla), the Yew (Taxus) and Ponderosa Pines (Pinus ponderosa — aka Western Yellow Pine, Blackjack Pine, or Bull Pine). No known precautions.
