Used as a relaxing nervine tonic for many nervous conditions. It has a tonic effect on the central nervous system and is often helpful for nervous exhaustion, pre-menstrual tension PMS, depression, anxiety, teething in children, and has been useful in epilepsy. Perfect herb for hypersensitive individuals that are overstimulated easily by the senses.
